RUUD RELIABLE ANSWERS FOR PRODUCT RELATED ISSUES

The RUUD Air Conditioning Division distributes heating and air conditioning products through a worldwide network of authorized wholesalers. These wholesalers distribute RUUD products to independent mechanical contractors. Our products, when properly installed and maintained, will furnish years of trouble-free, reliable service. RUUD understands that professional integrity and reliable service are key factors in customer satisfaction.

PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
RUUD offers products that meet stringent industry standards. RUUD Wholesale Distributors offer equipment sales, warranty administration and technical advice to independent mechanical contractors that prefer and specify RUUD products.

Pacific NW Heating and Cooling is licensed by your state, city or country to apply, install and maintain equipment. We match the equipment to job requirements. (To confirm that equipment size and air flow will be correct, a "load calculation" and "duct study" must be performed by Pacific NW Heating and Cooling.) We also work with city, county and/or state mechanical inspection departments to be sure the completed job meets both local and national codes.

LOCATING THE MODEL/SERIAL NUMBERS
If you have any problem with your system, RUUD has developed the following guidelines to assure that your problem receives proper attention.

To better assist you when call in, please furnish the model and serial numbers on each piece of your equipment and the date of installation (if available). First, determine the type of equipment from the two categories shown below. The photos and diagrams will help you locate the model and serial numbers of your equipment, if they are not found on your original warranty or sales invoice.

IF YOUR SITUATION IS NOT RESOLVED
If Pacific NW Heating and Cooling cannot repair your equipment or we have questions, we will contact the local RUUD DISTRIBUTOR for assistance. The distributor will need a completed JOB-SITE INFORMATION FORM provided by Pacific NW Heating and Cooling, along with job history, to begin the technical support process. This form must be completed by Pacific NW Heating and Cooling and returned to RUUD Wholesaler for review. An incomplete job site form will result in a delay in resolving your service problem. Most situations are resolved at the distributor level. If the Technical Support Staff at the RUUD Distributor, in conjunction with Pacific NW Heating and Cooling determines further assistance is needed, they will contact RUUD Air conditioning for additional technical assistance.

LIMITED WARRANTY INFORMATION
